Since 2014, Your Paws Pet Services has supported thousands of dog owners across Hertfordshire with trusted, professional care. Now, we’re expanding—and looking for landowners to join us in creating private, enclosed dog walking fields that provide safe, stress-free environments for dogs and their humans.

 

These secure spaces are ideal for dogs that are reactive, still learning recall, or simply need space to run and play without distractions. Every field is fully fenced, with gated access, on-site parking, and paths suitable for year-round use.

 

We’re seeking parcels of land/woodland — often underutilised or low-yield—that we can lease and fully manage. From planning applications to setup and maintenance, our experienced team handles everything. With minimal disruption and a strong return, it’s a straightforward way to earn from your land while supporting local pet owners.

Land Requirements:

    •    Size: Between 2 and 15 acres

    •    Lease Terms: High return per acre, per year

    •    Water Access: Ideal, but not essential

    •    Access: Close to main roads or easily reachable by car

    •    Planning: We manage the full process from application to approval

    •    Usage: Change of use from agricultural land is handled by our team

    •    Suitability: Land near towns or villages preferred
